For last ten decades, we have been witnesses of cultural and economic resources in order to optimize and to speed up the resolution of specific scientific and health issues; this fact has witnessed a gradual fragmentation of medical disciplines and a race for their extreme specialization: the correct individuation of pathologies and the possibility of their rapid solution have been obstructed.
  This lack is due to the non-observance of the dictates of the school of internal medicine, which affirms the importance of a comprehensive outlook of the physiology of the human body and of the capability of putting different pathological activities in relation with themselves , in order to support the bird and the diffusion of the organ speciality.
  In full obedience of this “outlook” it is necessary to recover, in the view of the recognized clinical orthodoxy, the strategic role of nourishment for setting the ordinary therapeutic practice.
